	I keep my  500 gallon bulk tank locked! My last delivery 07/10/25, Ticket # 15366, for 353.4 gallons @ $1.999 = $706.44 was Paid with Check # 1601. 
	
	I use a Krug Model G Hand LPG Pump to transfer LPG to my service bottles. Each day I transfer LPG I write down the start and ending percentages of the bulk tank. I also use an electronic refrigerant scale to record how many pounds of LPG I put in each service bottle.

	One can clearly see that no Propane was delivered to my locked tank on 01-16-25 which was a Friday. Searles delivers to Green River, Utah on Thursdays which would have been 01-15-26!

	I asked to speak to the owner and was told he was not in at the time. I was asked if I  had talked with the Price, Utah office and said I had not because this was the second time I was billed for Propane that could never have been delivered to my tank, because I keep it locked and record every time I take LPG out of it, and they always like to argue that they did deliver to my tank! I also told her that all of the information was in a pdf file on my web site: http://162.250.19.7/searles-sav-on-propane/2026-02-16-wrong-delivery-002.pdf but she did not want to do that! She said the owner would get back to me. I said that he needed to look at the 2026-02-16-wrong-delivery-002.pdf because it had all of the information, and that would help him see what the problem was.

	The Price, Utah office called and told me that they did deliver to my tank and I told her that they could  not have because I keep my tank locked just for this reason. Then She told me to see what the tank number was, but I know that they do not look at the tank number but just take it off their records! They also do not write the address or even the town down on the tickets! I also told her that the delivery was made on 01-16-26 which was a Friday and that they deliver to Green River, Utah on Thursdays! I also told her that she should look at tickets in the range of 60848 and she tried to insinuate that the ticket before it was my delivery ticket 15366 on 07/10/25 was the one before! I then told her to look at the  tickets from 60840 through 60855 and see what town they were delivering to and how could they manage to jump from that town to Green River, Utah and then jump back to the other town. She said the owner would give me a conference call after her driver got back in. and I said "Well, O.K."

	The owner, Jason Searle, called and said that the problem was that the driver put the wrong name on the ticket, and that the charge had been taken off my account. I went on and told him that is why I lock my bulk tank, so that I have to be there when propane is added to my tank and I can pay by check at that time. I also told him that this was the second time the same problem had happened, and that he should look at my web site since I have posted everything on my site for the world to see, but he was not interested.

	I called Price, Utah to see when they would be coming back to Green River, Utah since I was now down to 7% on my 500 gallon tank. She said that they had been in Green River February 12th and that they would be coming back on March 12th. I told her to put me on for a full delivery on March 12th and she confirmed that I was scheduled for that day. I thanked her and hung up.

	I called Price, Utah to ask if they were coming to Green River today, and she told me, "We have already been to Green River." I told her that I did not think that I had enough propane to make it for another month, and said, "Well, O.K."
