Israelite-Miracle.txt The miracle is not that there are any Israelites left, but that there are any goyim left! Genesis 12:1-3. 1. Now Adonai said to Avram, Get yourself out of your country, away from your kinsmen and away from your father's house, and go to the land that I will show you. 2. I will make of you a great nation, I will bless you, and I will make your name great; and you are to be a blessing. 3. I will bless those who bless you, but I will curse anyone who curses you; and by you all the families of the earth will be blessed." Genesis 22:15-18. 15. The angel of Adonai called to Avraham a second time out of heaven. 16. He said, "I have sworn by myself -- says Adonai-- that because you have done this, because you haven't withheld your son, your only son, 17. I will most certainly bless you; and I will most certainly increase your descendants to as many as there are stars in the sky or grains of sand on the seashore. Your descendants will posses the cities of their enemies, 18. and by your descendants all the nations of the earth will be blessed -- because you obeyed my order." Genesis 28:10-15. 10. Ya`akov (Jacob) went out from Be`er-Sheva and traveled toward Haran. 11. He came to a certain place and stayed the night there, because the sun had set. He took a stone from the place, put it under his head and lay down there to sleep. 12. He dreamt that there before him was a ladder resting on the ground with its top reaching to heaven, and the angels of Adonai were going up and down on it. 13. Then suddenly Adonai was standing there next to him; and He said, "I am Adonai, the God of Avraham your [grand]father and the God of Yitz`chak. The land on which you are lying I will give to you and to your descendants. 14. Your descendants will be as numerous as the grains of dust on the earth. You will expand to the west and to the east, to the north and to the south. By you and your descendants all the families of the earth will be blessed. 15. Look,I am with you. I will guard you wherever you go, and I will bring you back into this land, because I won't leave you until I have done what I have promised you." Genesis 32:23-33. 23. He (Ya`akov - Jacob) got up that night, took his two wives, his two slave-girls, and his eleven children, and forded the Yabok. 24. He took them and sent them across the stream, then sent his possessions across; 25. and Ya`akov was left alone. Then some man wrestled with him until daybreak. 26. When he saw that he did not defeat Ya`akov, he struck Ya`akov's hip socket, so that his hip was dislocated while wrestling with him. 27. The man said, "Let me go, because it's daybreak." But Ya`akov replied, "I won't let you go unless you bless me." 28. The man asked, "What is your name?" and he answered, "Ya`akov." 29. Then the man said, "From now on, you will no longer be called Ya`akov, but Isra`el; because you have shown your strength to both God and men and have prevailed." 30. Ya`akov asked him, "Please tell me your name." But he answered, "Why are you asking about my name?" and blessed him there. 31. Ya`akov called the place P`ni-El [face of God], "Because I have seen God face to face, yet my life is spared." 32. As the sun rose upon him he went on past P`ni-El, limping at the hip. 33 This is why, to this day, the people of Isra`el do not eat the thigh muscle that passes along the hip socket -- because the man struck Ya`akov's hip at the socket. Leviticus 24:10-16. 10. There was a man who was the son of a woman of Isra`el and an Egyptian father. He went out among the people of Isra`el, and this son of a woman of Isra`el had a fight in the camp with a man of Isra`el, 11. in the course of which the son of the woman of Isra`el uttered the Name [Yud-Heh-Vav-Heh] in a curse. So they brought him to Moshe. (His mother's name was Shlomit the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan.) 12. They put him under guard until Adonai would tell them what to do. 13. Adonai said to Moshe, 14. "Take the man who cursed outside the camp, have everyone who heard him lay their hands on his head, and have the entire community stone him. 15. Then tell the people of Isra`el,"Whoever curses his God will bear the consequences of his sin; 16. and whoever blasphemes the name of Adonai must be put to death; the entire community must stone him. The Foreigner as well as the citizen is to be put to death if he blasphemes the Name." Isra`el's blessing covers both the men and women of Isra`el in that their children will carry their tribe name forward. The Isra`el man's tribe will take precedence, but an Isra`el woman's tribe will take prescience over any other tribe. Shlomit's son was an Israelite of the tribe of Dan! If one of the parents is a true Israelite then all of their children will belong to one of the tribes of Isra`el! When God scattered Isra`el over all the earth, all of their children belong to one of the tribes of Isra`el! The miracle is not that there are any Israelites left, but that there are any goyim left! *
